Wilted spinach leaves

We have been eating spinach for weeks, but still loving it, particularly in this versatile and very easy side dish. 
  • large knob butter
  • bag fresh spinach leaves, washed
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • grated nutmeg
  • squeeze lemon juice
  • seasoning
  1. Melt the butter in a large pan, being sure not to let it burn.
  2. Add the spinach leaves and stir in. 
  3. Add the garlic and nutmeg, stir and allow to heat through until the spinach has wilted.
  4. Just before serving, add a squeeze of lemon juice and season to taste.
